Wear Body Positive
Who We Are
Wear Body Positive is a self-help organisation which was established in 1989. We are conveniently situated in the City Centre of Sunderland, offering easy, convenient and unobtrusive access to anyone.
We offer support and help to anyone affected or infected by HIV/AIDS, including friends, families, carers and partners. Help and support is offered by staff and trained volunteers. in strict confidence.
We also provide information on subjects relating to HIV/AIDS, safer sex and safer drug use, to both individuals and to groups.
What We Do
We provide many different services which are provided under the project headings of Wear Body Positive, Prison Support Unit and Gay Men's Health Project. Each of these projects provides these services.
